So that we can continue to invest in promoting a pound a link at the rate we have been doing since it first want online, we need to raise the minimum payment for link listing to two pounds.

One of the reasons for this is that the payment processing company on average takes 40% of payment make to us, so we only receive about 60% of the £1 we charge per link. Raising the minimum bid to £2 will leave a few more money for us, this will enable us reinvest in the directory at the rate we have been doing for the past few months.
